We offer employees across circa 40 countries the opportunity to become shareholders and participate to strategic decisions of the AXA Group through a special annual employee share offering – Shareplan - demonstrating the Group’s commitment to increasing engagement and ownership since 1993! 

​​​​​​​The Shareplan allows employees to participate to AXA capital increase by purchasing AXA shares at a discounted rate through a personal investment.

Parenthood journey*
  • Expanded support with 16 weeks fully paid leave for primary parents and 8 weeks fully paid leave for co-parents
  • 5 days fully paid leave for employees receiving and recovering from in-vitro fertilization (IVF) / 2 days for spouses and partners
  • 5 days fully paid leave for employees impacted by pregnancy loss or 16 weeks fully paid leave in case of a "still birth" (2 days for spouses and partners in both cases)

Caring for care givers*
  • 5 days fully paid leave per calendar year (or 10 half days) to care for an immediate family member who needs eldercare or care due to a serious health condition or disability

Domestic / intra familial & sexual violence policy*
  • Every employee is supported when they experience domestic / intra familial violence or sexual violence through a range of measures including: an AXA contact to provide support and signpost the Employee Assistance Program &/or specialist support services, and through increased flexibility and security at work including 5 days fully paid leave per calendar year.
