YOUR MISSION

At the heart of strategic decisions
Join us at the AXA Group headquarters based in Paris and you’ll be part of a multi-cultural team of highly-qualified lawyers at the heart of driving progress at AXA.  Working closely with senior management, you’ll provide legal services and counsel to corporate clients and design tailored legal solutions in line with AXA’s strategic direction. The work covers a broad range of international issues including global M&A, cutting-edge finance projects and complex corporate governance matters which come with a listed multi-jurisdictional Group. In our operational entities, we cover a full range of in-house issues, including employment, procurement, litigation, intellectual property, and corporate advisory.
