We're leading the Ocean Risk Initiative to help protect vulnerable coastal communities. By 2023, we aim to have 50% women in leadership roles. We're developing insurance that can restore mangrove forests and protect against flooding. We're creating new ways for insurers to help reduce illegal fishing and protect biodiversity.

And that's just the beginning - we're working had to make sure we keep on improving our performance.
